Welcome to ArmorNode. These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with ArmorNode Private Limited, our website (armornode.io), and the procurement of all security scan platforms, VantEdge EASM software, penetration testing assessments, and cybersecurity services.
By accessing our platforms, registering a Client Portal account, or completing payment for any service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms in full.
1. Scope of Engagement & Authority
a. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
b. Authorization to Scan: By placing an order for a security assessment, One-Time scan, or VantEdge subscription, you explicitly grant ArmorNode and its security engineers the authority to conduct security scans, reconnaissance, port scanning, and vulnerability detection against your specified corporate digital assets (domains, subdomains, IP ranges, and servers). You warrant that your organization fully owns or has legal authorization to target all assets provided for assessment.
2. Product Information & Subscriptions
a. VantEdge Platform: Subscriptions are billed periodically on a monthly or annual basis. Access to the client dashboard and continuous asset monitoring is maintained for the duration of the paid period.
b. Service Delivery: For One-Time service scans (e.g. VantEdge One-Time scan), delivery is completed via email to the recipient specified by the client once payment verification is finalized.
3. Payments & Settlements
a. We support bank transfers and secure online gateway payments via PayHere. All payment details are handled securely by third-party PCI-DSS compliant processors. ArmorNode does not store raw credit card details on its servers.
b. Verification: Payments made via bank transfers require manual deposit slip verification by our Finance team before the service pipeline is advanced. PayHere online gateway transactions are auto-verified via server-to-server webhook endpoints.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, software platforms (including VantEdge EASM), custom vulnerability signatures, scan engine logic, dashboard designs, and copyrighted brand assets are the exclusive property of ArmorNode Private Limited. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-bound license to access the portal and download individual security reports for internal security remediation purposes only.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. Point-in-Time Limitations: You acknowledge that security scans and penetration testing reports represent the security posture of target systems at the precise time of the scan. They do not guarantee protection against subsequent code modifications, configuration changes, zero-day exploits, or targeted attacks.
b. In no event shall ArmorNode Private Limited, its directors, employees, or tech partners be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, including database loss, service downtime, or financial impact resulting from security incidents.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
